Char McCargo Bah to Lecture on Alexandria’s Contrabands and Freedmen Cemetery

To honor the second anniversary of Alexandria’s Contrabands and Freedmen Cemetery Memorial, genealogist and Living Legend Char McCargo Bah will highlight her research on the cemetery.
